Fast-Growing Hierarchies

Some numbers are really big. Really really big. Some numbers are so big that they defy imagination. What is wonderful is that mathematics can handle many of these ridiculously large numbers, and reveal structure we could never have otherwise conceived of.

This video illustrates the heights to which that process can go. It breaks my brain and I love it.
